Busola Dakolo, the wife of singer Timi Dakolo, has alleged that the Head Pastor of Commonwealth of Zion Assembly (COZA) Biodun Fatoyinbo raped her.
Concise News had last month reported that Dakolo berated Fatoyinbo for allegedly sleeping with his church members.
In a series of Instagram posts, Dakolo claimed that Pastor Fatoyinbo had not stopped the act of sleeping with girls in his church.
The singer further claimed that the COZA pastor and some elders in the church were covering his (Fatoyinbo’s) action to the point of even paying to silence some victims.
Dakolo’s allegations, which are yet to receive any response from Fatoyinbo, generated much dust.
And it seems there is no end to the controversy as Busola has alleged that the clergyman raped her twice while she was a single lady in Ilorin, Kwara state.
Speaking to Ynaija, Busola noted that during her undergraduate days she had returned to Ilorin where Fatoyinbo ran a fellowship for Christians.
Although being a conservative, she initially did not feel at home with the mode of operation in the fellowship, she later teamed up with them after being persuaded by her family.
As time wore on, Bukola said Pastor Fatoyinbo, who at then was unmarried but engaged, became his “spiritual father.”
The two, according to Dakolo’s wife, became closer but one day while she was in her house, Pastor Fatoyinbo visited.
Though she was surprised he visited at that time of the day, she welcomed him being someone she held “up there” as a role model.
However, the clergyman forced himself on her, telling her to do whatever he asked and that was how she was raped in her house.
That was not all, as Busola said Pastor Fatoyinbo raped her again, within one week, leaving her battered and feeling empty.
He told her that it was a normal thing for some pastors to have their way with female members and thus she’s not special in any way.
