Nigerian midfielder Anderson Esiti has been signed by Greek champions PAOK, a statement from the club read on Thursday.
Concise News understands that the Nigerian moved to the side from Belgian club KAA Gent.
Esiti penned a four-year deal to keep him at the club until the summer of 2023 and has been handed the number 24 jersey for the upcoming campaign.
“PAOK FC announces the signing of Anderson Esiti from KAA Gent,” the statement said.
“The Nigerian midfielder has signed a contract until 2023 and will wear the number 24 on his shirt.”
The Greek side had wanted to capture the Nigerian in January but the deal deal fell through.
He played 30 times for Gent in all competitions in the past season and will now team up with former Arsenal striker Chuba Akpom at the club.
